Passengers who book one of the Comfort Services in advance effectively add a day to their holiday or business trip. This is because the extra comfort starts right at the door of their home, hotel, or office.
The Door to Gate or Gate to Door Service provides them with complete support and assistance.
Door to Gate Service
In the Door to Gate service, a personal escort picks up between one and five persons anywhere within 80 kilometers of the airport and drives them in a limousine to Frankfurt Airport. Once there, he or she handles all of the formalities as well as the passengers’ bags, helping them to complete check-in and clear the security checks. Then they are driven in a car to the departure gate.
Gate to Door Service
In the Gate to Door Service, it is virtually the same in reverse: the passengers are welcomed at the arrival gate and accompanied all the way to their home or another location.
Gate Express Service
Passengers who have already arranged their own transportation to or from the airport, the comfort and convenience of personal assistance is available in a “light” version called the Gate Express Service.

They can even make a shopping stop on the way if there is time, thus additionally enhancing the experience.
The Comfort Services are very easy to book using the free Frankfurt Airport App or in the online Service Shop. Families with children can save with special new package deals.
