Klook launches Mobile Pass for the Hong Kong Airport Express train

Offers passengers a more convenient way to access Hong Kong Airport Express

Hong Kong-based Klook has announced the rollout of its QR-code enabled Mobile Pass for the Hong Kong Airport Express.

With Klook Mobile App, passengers to Hong Kong can use their mobile phones to make payment for Airport Express tickets and also access the gates directly with the Mobile Pass, skipping the queue at the counters.

It means that Klook users can now gain direct entry to the Hong Kong Airport Express without a physical ticket.

The Hong Kong Airport Express is one of the most used modes of transport for passengers departing and arriving at Hong Kong International Airport.

The Airport Express takes passengers from the airport to the city centre in just 24 minutes. Trains depart at about 10-minute intervals from 05:54 to 23:28 and approximately 12-minute intervals from 23:28 to 00:48 daily.

Passengers taking the Airport Express can enjoy the free In-town Check-in service in Hong Kong and Kowloon Stations to check in between 90 minutes and one full day ahead of their scheduled flight departure time.
