Passengers at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport now have access to more than 5,000 device recharge points.
The recharge points can be used by passengers to charge their mobile phones or other electronic devices easily and free of charge at Taiwan’s main airport.
The recharge points are available in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in passenger arrival and departure lounges, duty-free stores, restaurants and at boarding gates.
It is also now easier to access power-points with some installed at a height of 1.1m with both regular sockets and USB ports.
Passengers can also use desks with power-points installed.
Passengers using recharge points in duty-free stores can ask store assistants for a token to lock their devices to the recharge point while charging.
Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport is the largest airport of Taiwan, and the main international hub for China Airlines and EVA Air.
