Aeromexico free inflight messaging on 737s

First Mexican carrier with the service

Aeromexico is now allowing its passengers to send or receive text messages through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or iMessage for free.

The new service is available on 29 of the airline’s Boeing 737-800 airplanes and all of its Boeing 737 MAX, completely free of charge.

To use the service on each trip, passengers only have to connect to the on-board internet network and select the free messaging package.

Aermexico is the first Mexican carrier offering this Free Messaging service. With this new offering, Aeromexico is continuing to make significant investments to offer passengers the most advanced technology before and during the flight.

Aeromexico passengers will also be able to watch streaming videos and browse the web on selected Boeing 737-800 aircraft, Boeing 787-8 and 787-9 Dreamliner.
