Retrofits new technology to existing kiosks

Singapore Changi Airport now offers touchless check-in at kiosks.

The airport is adding new technology to its existing self-service kiosks to enable the new service.

Passengers can simply point their finger close to the screen to select their option. The retrofit is powered by touch sensor modules form.

The system works for self check-in and self bag-drop kiosks.

This touchless solution uses Neonode zForce® technology from Swedish company Neonode. The retrofit was done by Singapore-based Arctan Analytics Pte Ltd.

In the COVID-19 era touchless is the latest much have trend. Singapore Changi Airport is one of the largest transportation hubs in Asia. So it is an important new facility for the airport.
