Emirates new premium economy now on Heathrow route

One flight a day in each direction to start with

Passengers flying between Dubai and London Heathrow can enjoy Emirates flagship A380 aircraft featuring new premium economy seats.

The aircraft will operate one flight a day in each direction as EK003/004.

Premium Economy

The aircraft features the new premium economy seats cabin in a 56 seat cabin in a 2-4-2 layout.

With a pitch of up to 40-inches, Emirates’ premium economy seat is 19.5 inches wide, and reclines 8 inches into a comfortable cradle position with ample room to stretch out. Covered in cream-coloured leather, each seat is designed to provide optimal comfort and support with 6-way adjustable headrests, calf rests and footrests.

Each seat has a 13.3” screen, easily accessible in-seat charging points, a wide dining table and side cocktail table.

Emirates Premium Economy is located at the front of the main deck, with 3 lavatories dedicated to those passengers.

Until more Premium Economy seats enter its inventory, the airline intends to offer these as spot upgrades for its valued customers on a discretionary basis.

Emirates currently serves London Heathrow with 5 daily flights of which 4 are operated with an A380. The airline also operates 10 flights a week to Manchester, and daily flights to both Birmingham and Glasgow.
