Aeroflot receives its first A320neo

By end of 2021, Aeroflot will take delivery of another 8 A320neo family aircraft.

Russian airline Aeroflot has received its first Airbus A320neo.

Aeroflot names its aircraft after famous Russians and this A320neo bears the name of Anatoly Dobrynin, an outstanding Soviet and Russian diplomat.

Aeroflot says the A320neo will provide a new level of comfort for its passengers. The A320 family aircraft feature the widest and most spacious cabin among narrow-body airliners.

Aeroflot’s A320neo has 156 seats in two classes – 12 Business and 144 Economy. The seat pitch of business class seats is 96.5 cm (about 38in), that of economy class seats is up to 76.2 сm (30in).

On 01 May 2021, Aeroflot operated 100 A320 family aircraft:

  • 67 Airbus A320
  • 33 Airbus A321

Aeroflot A320neo Cabin

The A320neo cabin has a number of features to enhance the passenger experience:

  • cabin lighting system with colour changes make the flight experience enjoyable at any time of the day or night
  • enlarged overhead bins are designed to hold carry-on items
  • all passengers can connect to the wireless in-flight entertainment system on their personal device

The aircraft has 2 classes – Business and Economy.

Business
