Japan Airlines (JAL) has launched a mobile site in English for its domestic services.
It provides English-speaking customers with more convenience including the same ability to book and buy domestic flights as JAL’s website for domestic flights in English.
Japan is seeing a big increase in foreign visitors. The number of foreign visitors to Japan has already reached more than 15 million, and is expected to achieve 20 million in 2015.
To meet the needs of these foreign passengers, JAL has upgraded the English website in Japan to make it easier for foreign passengers to access JAL domestic flights.
Features include:
- The site has a simple design, which is easy-to-understand and can be easily navigated
- Passengers can book and purchase domestic flight tickets simply and quickly even during travel.
- Passengers can check a matrix for the lowest fate round about their preferred dates by selecting “Flexible Travel Dates”
