Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAUDIA), passengers can now check-in and receive boarding passes for flights up to 48 hours in advance of traveling.
Until now passengers could only check-in up to 24 hours in advance.
The upgraded service is available for bookings made through SAUDIA’s electronic channels (Website, Mobile App).
Passengers that have made their booking online through the electronic channels have a number of self-service options available to customize their travel journey and provide added flexibility.
Features available under ‘Manage Bookings’ include: seat selection, advanced purchase additional baggage; WiFi packages, book airport transfers for both departure and in arrival city, car rental, travel insurance, and now, check-in can be completed with boarding passes issued up to 48 hours before flight departure.
The advance check-in and boarding pass issuance is available for all destinations SAUDIA flies to, with the exception of flights to the United States, which remains at 24 hours in advance for online check-in.
The online enhancements for travel itinerary management are part of a widespread initiative from SAUDIA to offer guests the added flexibility and convenience to customize their journeys.
