Caesars Entertainment has introduced self-service kiosk check-in at The LINQ Hotel & Casino, Flamingo Las Vegas, and Caesars Palace.
Combining online, mobile and kiosk options the program provides guests with the convenience of checking in or checking out anytime, anywhere.
Guests can swipe ID and payment cards at a kiosk in order to get a printed room key. If the room is not ready, they will receive an email alert when it becomes available.
Caesars says it is the latest stage in a technology solution to completely automate the check-in process, with the goal being to reduce lines and cut down on guests’ wait times.
Caesars plans to introduce kiosk check-in at its other five resorts in Las Vegas later this year.
