New Shop & Collect service at Brussels Airport

Passengers can buy goods on departure and pick them up on their return

A new shop-and-collect service has been introduced at Brussels Airport.

The service from International Duty Free means that passengers can buy goods on departure and pick them up on their return to Brussels. No more extra bags for passengers to carry and less weight on the aircraft.

The service is free and passengers can pick up their goods 24/7.

How it works

Passengers can buy at all IDF stores in Terminal A and leave their purchases at the cash register.

If they leave a mobile number at the cash register, Shop & Collect will send them a free reminder sms one day before pick-up date.

When they return, passengers collect their baggage and then pick up their goods 24/7 at the Collect Point, next to the baggage reclaim hall, at the International Duty Free desk.

Passengers collect their goods upon presentation of the original receipt or via SMS.
