Vietnam Airlines offers passengers free digital media

Free access to 7000+ Vietnamese and International publications

Vietnam Airlines is now offering its passengers free access to huge numbers of Vietnamese and International publications.

Passengers flying with Vietnam Airline can read newspapers directly or save them to their personal electronic devices to read anywhere, anytime.

The free service, called PressReader, is available for 48 hours – starting 24 hours before departure to 24 after landing.

When connected, passengers can choose from more than 7,000 titles from 120+ countries in 70 different languages. Topics include news, economics, tourism, sports, and entertainment.

Publications include Bloomberg, The Economic Times, and The Wall Street Journal, as well as Vietnamese newspapers and magazines such as Vietnam Investment Review, Giao Thong, Vietnam News, and Heritage.

The service means passengers can effectively bring thousands of publications on board.

Passengers can download as many publications as they’d like to read offline, and keep those issues saved for as long as they’d like.

Currently, Vietnam Airlines passengers can enjoy a variety of movies, music, newspapers, and magazines through personal screens on Airbus A350 and Boeing 787 aircraft; as well as WiFi on the Airbus A321neo.
