Copa Airlines has introduced its new app for iPhone and Android devices.
The new apps are available in Spanish, Portuguese and English and have a particular focus on ease of use. This is to ensure wide adoption among its millions of passengers in North, Central and South America and The Caribbean.
Designed to enhance the passenger experience, it offers features like flight check-in, loyalty account status and more:
- Flight dates and booking references are always close to hand
- Improved mobile check in experience
- Mobile boarding pass support & integration with Apple Wallet
- New interactive seat map
- Real time ConnectMiles loyalty account information
- Personalised look and feel for ConnectMiles
- Real-time flight status information
The Latin American airline has worked with MTT, a Travelport company, to revamp its mobile services.
Further enhancements to the apps are planned in future updates.
