Passengers on Indian low-cost airline IndiGo can now have their bags picked up at their home and delivered to their final destination.
IndiGo is partnering with CarterPorter to provide the new baggage transfer service. It is called 6EBagport, 6E being the IATA code for IndiGo.
To start, IndiGo is offering the service on flights from Delhi and Hyderabad. Plans are in place to also launch at Mumbai and Bengaluru.
